The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2021) has a general score of 86.4, which is way better than iPad mini (A17 Pro)'s global score of 63.3. Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2021) is a just a little thinner but a lot heavier tablet than the iPad mini (A17 Pro). These tablets include iPadOS OS, but the Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2021) has older 14.x version and iPad mini (A17 Pro) has iPadOS 18.x.
