Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2022) has an overall score of 78.4, which is just a bit better than the iPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024)'s 76.6 general score. The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2022) construction is a bit heavier but a little thinner than iPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024). Both tablets in this comparison review use the same iPadOS 16.x OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2022) features a brighter screen than iPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024), although it has a bit lower resolution of 1688 x 2388 and a just a bit worse pixels density, they both have a display of the same size.
