IPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024)'s construction is just a little bit heavier but incredibly thinner than Galaxy Tab Active 2. IPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024) counts with iPadOS 16.x OS, while Galaxy Tab Active 2 comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a way better processing power than Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024), although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The iPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024) features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a lot bigger screen, a better pixel density and a lot higher resolution of 1688 x 2420px.

So if you want that extra features, you can buy the iPad Pro 11-inch (M4, 2024), else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, giving up a couple features and specs.
