Comparison review
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), getting an 84.6 score against 58.6. Even though iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) were only released 2 months apart, the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) body is incredibly heavier but notably thinner. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) works with iPadOS 13.x operating system, while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) features a sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a way higher resolution of 2048 x 2732px, a way bigger screen and a higher pixels count per inch in the display. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) features a better processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a larger number of cores (and also faster) and a larger amount of RAM memory.
IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) shoots greater photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a way better 3840x2160 video definition and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020), else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), resigning some features and specifications.
