The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) has a general score of 84.6, which is much better than Apple iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen)'s 60.6 general score. Both of these devices have iPadOS OS, but the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) has the previous 13.x version while Apple iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x version.
The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) has a much better display than iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen), and although they both have a same size display, the Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) also has a just a little greater screen pixels density and a better 2048 x 2732 pixels resolution. Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) has a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen), because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) has a lot better hardware performance than iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen), although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Apple iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen). Both have the same aperture and the same resolution back-facing camera.
