Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) is much better than Apple iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen), with a score of 84.6 against 71.3. Even though Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) is extremely older and just a bit heavier than the Apple iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen), it's construction is still just a bit thinner. Both of these tablets have iPadOS OS (Operating System), but the Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) has the older 13.x version while Apple iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x.
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) features a more vivid screen than iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen), because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 2048 x 2732 pixels, the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) also counts with a little more pixels per inch of display.
