The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has an overall score of 91.1, which is way better than the Apple iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen)'s score of 71.3. Despite being the best in this review, Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021)'s construction is extremely older, just a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Apple iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen). These tablets come with iPadOS OS (operating system), but Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has an older 14.x version while Apple iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x.
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) features an incredibly better display than iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen), because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 2048 x 2732px, the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) also counts with a little higher number of pixels in each inch of display.
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has an extremely better CPU than Apple iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen). Both of them have 8 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores. The iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen) and iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) feature incredibly similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, both have equal internal storage capacity.
