IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has a general score of 91.1, which is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019)'s 76.7 global score. Although the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) is much heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), it's thinner and a lot newer. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) comes with iPadOS 14.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) comes with Android 11 operating system.
Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) features a much sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has a little bit more pixels per inch of display, a larger screen and a lot better resolution of 2048 x 2732. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
