Comparison review
IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) has a general score of 80.2, which is much better than iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024)'s 71.3 score. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) body is a bit thicker and a little heavier than iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024). Both of these devices have iPadOS OS (Operating System), but the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) has 16.x version and iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024) has iPadOS 15.x, offering a couple additional features and improved performance.
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) has a much better display than iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 2048 x 2732 pixels resolution, the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) also counts with a little more pixels per display inch. The iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024) has a CPU that is very similar to the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) one, both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) shoots much clearer videos and photos than Apple iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024). Both have a same size diafragm aperture and a same resolution back-facing camera.
