Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) has iPadOS 16.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) design is much newer and noticeably thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017)'s, although it is extremely heavier.
