IPad Pro 12.9-inch has an overall score of 89.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6's 88.1 score. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch is a noticeably older, heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. Galaxy Tab S6 counts with a little bit better processing power than iPad Pro 12.9-inch, because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster) and more RAM memory.
Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, because although it has a little bit inferior count of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bigger screen and a slightly better resolution of 2048 x 2732px. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch captures clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, because although it has a less MP resolution back-facing camera and a lower (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light captures and video.
The Galaxy Tab S6 has a slightly better memory capacity for games and applications than Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. IPad Pro 12.9-inch features a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, because it has a 55% more battery capacity.
Although iPad Pro 12.9-inch is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab S6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab S6. So if you need that extra features, you can buy iPad Pro 12.9-inch, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab S6, letting go a couple specifications.
