The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a a lot thinner and way lighter portable tablet than HP ProPad 600. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) comes with iPadOS 16.x OS, while HP ProPad 600 counts with Windows 8.1 OS.

The HP ProPad 600 counts with a much better screen than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has a much lower 1200 x 1920px resolution, a much smaller screen and a little worse pixels density.
