The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is much better than Microsoft Surface RT, getting a 74.8 score against 58.4. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) comes with iPadOS 16.x OS, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) construction is incredibly thinner and incredibly lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT.
The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a way better resolution of 2064 x 2752, a much greater pixels density and a bigger screen. Microsoft Surface RT features a much powerful CPU than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), because although it has an inferior number of cores and 6 GB less RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a camera in the back with much more megapixels and a way better (4K) video definition. The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
Microsoft Surface RT's battery performance is just as good as the battery performance in Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen).
Although iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface RT. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), but if you don't you can save some money and get the Microsoft Surface RT, giving up some specifications.
