Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, with a general score of 74.8 against 65. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), else you can save some money and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, letting go some specs and features.
