IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is just a bit better than Galaxy Book 10.6-inch, having a score of 74.8 against 71.1. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) works with iPadOS 16.x OS, and Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has Windows 10 OS.
