IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has an overall score of 74.8, which is way better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V's score of 58.5. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen)'s construction is noticeably lighter and noticeably thinner than Galaxy Tab 3 V. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with iPadOS 16.x OS, while Galaxy Tab 3 V works with Android 4.4 OS.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V counts with a slightly better looking screen than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has a much worse pixel count per screen inch, a lot worse 1024 x 600px resolution and a way smaller display. The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) features a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, giving up a couple specifications.
