IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) comes with iPadOS 16.x OS, and Galaxy Tab S 8.4 works with Android 4.4.2 OS. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen)'s body is much lighter and a little thinner than Galaxy Tab S 8.4.

The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) features a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a much better camera than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has a much better resolution camera and a way better video quality.

Although iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab S 8.4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab S 8.4. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab S 8.4, resigning some features and specifications.
