The iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) is a bit better than iPad Air 11-inch (M2, 2024), having a global score of 74.8 against 72.3. Both of these tablets use iPadOS OS (operating system), but iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) has newer 16.x version while iPad Air 11-inch (M2, 2024) has iPadOS 15.x, providing you some additional features and a performance increase.
