Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) is way better than Microsoft Surface RT, having a 74.8 score against 58.4. Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) comes with iPadOS 16.x operating system, while Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT operating system. Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024)'s body is much lighter and incredibly thinner than the Microsoft Surface RT.
IPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) features a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a way greater number of pixels per inch of display, a bigger screen and a lot higher resolution of 2064 x 2752. IPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage.
Microsoft Surface RT has a really superior processing power than iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024), because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and 4 less cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. IPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) counts with a greater camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 video quality and a back camera with a much higher 12 megapixels resolution.
Microsoft Surface RT counts with a battery duration that's very similar to iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024)'s battery lifetime.
Although iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Microsoft Surface RT. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024), else you can save a couple dollars and get the Microsoft Surface RT, giving up a couple features and specs.
