IPad Pro 9.7-inch has an overall score of 80, which is way better than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's 58.7 general score. IPad Pro 9.7-inch is a much thinner and a lot lighter tablet than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. IPad Pro 9.7-inch has a slightly better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, although it has a way smaller display, a bit worse amount of pixels per screen inch and a much lower 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution.
Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch features a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because it has more internal storage. The iPad Pro 9.7-inch has a much better performing CPU than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because although it has 6 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster).
