The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is a lot better than ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G, getting a 74.5 score against 54.3. Galaxy Tab S 8.4's construction is way thinner but heavier than the ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has the newer 4.4.2 version and ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G has Android 4.4 version, so it gives you some additional features and performance improvements.
ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because although it has an inferior number of cores and slower and less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a much sharper screen than ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the display and a lot higher 2560 x 1600 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a much greater storage for games and applications than ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 128 GB. The ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G has improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has 6500mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 takes much better pictures and videos than ARCHOS 101 Helium 4G, because it has a back facing camera with much more MP.
In addition to being the best tablet in this comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it an obvious call.
