Comparison review

The Amazon Fire HD 8 is slightly better than the Asus FonePad 7, with a 53.3 score against 50. The Amazon Fire HD 8 is a newer and notably thinner portable tablet than the Asus FonePad 7, but it's just a little heavier. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HD 8 has newer 5.0 version while Asus FonePad 7 has Android 4.3.

Asus FonePad 7 has a little bit better looking screen than Amazon Fire HD 8, although it has a way lower resolution of 1024 x 600, a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse display pixel density. The Amazon Fire HD 8 features a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Asus FonePad 7, because it has 16 GB internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 counts with a bit superior processor than Asus FonePad 7, although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), they both have the same RAM amount. The Asus FonePad 7 and the Amazon Fire HD 8 count with really similar batteries duration. The Amazon Fire HD 8 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Asus FonePad 7, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 video quality and a much better 5 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 is not only the best tablets between the ones we are comparing, but it's also very cheap compared to the other tablets.
