The Google Nexus 9 is way better than the Asus FonePad 7, getting a 74.5 score against 50. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 9 has newer 5.0 version while Asus FonePad 7 has Android 4.3, so it provides you a lot of extra features and better performance. Even though Google Nexus 9 and Asus FonePad 7 were released with only a few months difference, Google Nexus 9's body is noticeably thinner but a lot heavier than Asus FonePad 7.

The Google Nexus 9 has a faster processing unit than Asus FonePad 7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 9 also has a 64 bits processor and more RAM. The Google Nexus 9 counts with a more vivid screen than Asus FonePad 7, because it has a way higher pixel density, a lot higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a bigger display.

Google Nexus 9 captures way better pictures and videos than Asus FonePad 7, because it has a much better resolution back-facing camera and a way better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition. The Google Nexus 9 has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus FonePad 7, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 28 GB more internal memory.

The Google Nexus 9 has a much better battery lifetime than Asus FonePad 7.
