The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) is much better than Asus MeMO Pad 7, having a general score of 59.7 against 53.8. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 has Android 4.4.2, so it provides you some additional features and optimized performance.
