Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a general score of 63.8, which is much better than Asus MeMO Pad 7's general score of 53.8. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has 13 version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 has Android 4.4.2. Blackview Oscal Pad 15's design is extremely thinner but way heavier than Asus MeMO Pad 7.
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a little better hardware performance than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because it has 7 GB more RAM memory and 4 more processing cores (but slower). Asus MeMO Pad 7 features a much better display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixels number per screen inch and a way higher resolution of 1280 x 800.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a way bigger storage for apps and games than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 256 GB internal memory. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a very superior battery duration than Asus MeMO Pad 7. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because it has a lot more MP back facing camera.
