Comparison review
Huawei MediaPad M1 is better than Asus MeMO Pad 7, getting a 61.5 score against 53.8. Huawei MediaPad M1's design is thinner but somewhat heavier than the Asus MeMO Pad 7. Both tablets we are comparing have Android OS, but Huawei MediaPad M1 has 4.2.2 version and Asus MeMO Pad 7 has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 has a bit better screen than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 800, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 also counts with a little greater screen density. Asus MeMO Pad 7 has a bit faster processing unit than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both have a 1 GB RAM memory and a Quad-Core CPU.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 counts with a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB and 8 GB more internal storage. Huawei MediaPad M1 has a very superior battery life than Asus MeMO Pad 7.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 has a slightly better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1. They have the same video quality, a camera in the back with a 5 megapixels resolution and the same video frame rates.
The Huawei MediaPad M1 costs a little more than the Asus MeMO Pad 7, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
