Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than Asus MeMO Pad 7, with a 66.3 score against 53.8. Microsoft Surface 3 is a somewhat thinner but a lot heavier device than the Asus MeMO Pad 7. Asus MeMO Pad 7 has a sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Asus MeMO Pad 7 and Microsoft Surface 3 feature similar processors, and although the Microsoft Surface 3 has more RAM, they both have a Quad-Core processor.
Microsoft Surface 3's battery lifetime is very similar to Asus MeMO Pad 7's battery life. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a slightly better camera than Asus MeMO Pad 7, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a lot more megapixels back facing camera.
The Microsoft Surface 3 is way more expensive than the Asus MeMO Pad 7, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
