Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Pro has a score of 63.2, which is better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7's 53.8 general score. Despite being the best portable tablet in this comparison, Microsoft Surface Pro's design is thicker and noticeably heavier than Asus MeMO Pad 7. The Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro OS, while Asus MeMO Pad 7 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS.

The Asus MeMO Pad 7 has a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a much smaller display and a lot lower 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a little greater pixels count per inch of display. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.

Microsoft Surface Pro has a little faster processing unit than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because although it has a lower number of slower cores, it also counts with a graphics processor and a larger amount of RAM. Asus MeMO Pad 7 captures better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a way more mega pixels camera in the back and a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.

Microsoft Surface Pro's battery life is very similar to the battery duration in Asus MeMO Pad 7.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Asus MeMO Pad 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus MeMO Pad 7. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Asus MeMO Pad 7, resigning some specifications.
