Comparison review

Galaxy Tab A (2016) is better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7, with a score of 60.4 against 53.8. Both devices in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A (2016) has 5.1 Lollipop version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 has Android 4.4.2. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) body is somewhat thinner and just a little lighter than the Asus MeMO Pad 7.

The Asus MeMO Pad 7 features a brighter display than Galaxy Tab A (2016). Both of them have a display of the same size, exactly the same 1280 x 800px resolution and a higher pixel amount in each screen inch. Asus MeMO Pad 7 has a little bit better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds 136 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage.

Asus MeMO Pad 7 counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy Tab A (2016), although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Quad-Core processing unit. Galaxy Tab A (2016) counts with a way better battery life than Asus MeMO Pad 7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) takes much clearer photographs and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7. Both of them have a 5 MP resolution back camera, the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition.

The Galaxy Tab A (2016) is a bit more expensive than Asus MeMO Pad 7, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
