Comparison review

Xperia Tablet S has an overall score of 58.9, which is a little bit better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7's 53.8 score. Even being the best we compare here, Xperia Tablet S's body is incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker than Asus MeMO Pad 7. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Tablet S has the previous 4.1.1 version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 has Android 4.4.2 version.

The Asus MeMO Pad 7 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Xperia Tablet S, although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, they both have a Quad-Core CPU and a 1 GB RAM memory. Asus MeMO Pad 7 features a more vivid screen than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 also counts with more pixels per inch of screen.

Asus MeMO Pad 7 counts with a little bit better camera than Xperia Tablet S, although it has a camera in the back with a way lower 5 mega pixels resolution. Xperia Tablet S features a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 128 GB.

The Sony Xperia Tablet S features a battery life that's just as good as the Asus MeMO Pad 7 one.

Although Xperia Tablet S is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Asus MeMO Pad 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus MeMO Pad 7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Xperia Tablet S, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Asus MeMO Pad 7, giving up a couple features and specs.
