Comparison review
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a general score of 59.5, which is slightly better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s general score of 58.6. Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) is a somewhat thinner and extremely lighter device than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has 4.4 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) counts with a bit superior CPU than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have 4 cpu cores and a 2 GB RAM, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has a 64-bits processing unit. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a battery lifetime that's very similar to the battery duration in Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) captures much better pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution.
Although Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). So if you want that extra features, you can buy Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), giving up some specs and features.
