The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is better than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), getting a 70.8 score against 59.5. Even being the best in our current comparison, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a just a little bit thicker and heavier tablet than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a newer 5.0 version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4 version, providing the user lots of additional features.
