Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is much better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C)'s global score of 59.5. Even being the best tablet device in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface 3's design is way heavier and a little bit thicker than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) counts with a much sharper display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a little bit worse 1920 x 1200 resolution, it also counts with a lot better screen pixel density.
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a bit better processing power than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also counts with a 64-bits processor. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory.
The Microsoft Surface 3 takes a bit better photographs and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), because it has a back-facing camera with much more MP and a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) and the Microsoft Surface 3 have incredibly similar battery performance.
Microsoft Surface 3 is way more expensive than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
