Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a global score of 60.7, which is a bit better than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C)'s overall score of 59.5. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has the previous 4.1 version and Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4. Even being the best device in this review, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) construction is somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) counts with a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have a display with the same size, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has a way greater display density and a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) counts with a much more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a higher number of cores (and faster), 1 GB more RAM and a 64 bits processor.
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have equal internal memory, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a much better battery lifetime than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), although it has a lot less megapixels resolution back camera and a worse (HD) video quality.
Even being the best tablet of the ones we compare here, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
