Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), getting a global score of 65.9 against 59.5. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a a bit thinner but a lot heavier device than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has the older 4.2 version and Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4.
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) counts with a much better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixels quantity per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200px. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's memory capacity for games and applications is just as good as Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C)'s one, both of them have equal internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 64 GB.

The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch features a slightly better camera than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), although it has a lower (HD) video resolution and a much lower resolution camera.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch costs more money than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
