Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, with a general score of 59.5 against 58.5. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) construction is somewhat lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Tab 3 V. Both of these tablets come with the same Android 4.4 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) features an extremely better processing unit than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a 64-bits processing unit, a larger number of cores and more RAM. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has 32 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) captures clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a lot higher (HD) video resolution and a back facing camera with a way better 5 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
