The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a general score of 66, which is much better than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C)'s 59.5 score. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has Windows 8 OS, and Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) comes with Android 4.4 OS. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison, Sony Vaio Tap 11's construction is somewhat thicker and a lot heavier than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
