The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is much better than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), getting a general score of 74.7 against 59.5. These tablets have Android OS, but the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has newer 5.0 version and Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4, so it offers some additional features. The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet design is incredibly thinner but much heavier than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).

Xperia Z4 Tablet features a display that is just as good as the screen in Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), because although the Xperia Z4 Tablet has a bit lower pixels amount per screen inch, it also counts with a way bigger screen and a better 1600 x 2560px resolution. The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a little bit more memory capacity to install applications and games than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 128 GB. The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a superior battery lifetime than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).

The Xperia Z4 Tablet has just a bit better camera than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), because it has a back facing camera with a way higher 8.1 megapixels resolution and a lot better 1920x1080 video quality.

Although Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xperia Z4 Tablet, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), giving up a couple specs and features.
