Lenovo Moto Tab has a score of 64.4, which is a bit better than Asus MeMO Pad 8's overall score of 61.2. Both devices in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Lenovo Moto Tab has the newer 7.1 Nougat version and Asus MeMO Pad 8 has Android 4.4 version. Lenovo Moto Tab is a a lot newer portable tablet than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, but it's noticeably heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Lenovo Moto Tab has a bit more powerful CPU than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Lenovo Moto Tab also has a greater number of cores (although slower). The Asus MeMO Pad 8 counts with a more vivid display than Lenovo Moto Tab, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1200 resolution, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 also counts with a higher quantity of pixels per inch of display.
The Lenovo Moto Tab captures much better videos and photos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 video quality and a camera with lot more mega pixels. Lenovo Moto Tab has a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Lenovo Moto Tab also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a superior battery duration than Asus MeMO Pad 8.
Although Lenovo Moto Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus MeMO Pad 8. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Asus MeMO Pad 8, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
