The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has a global score of 74.2, which is a lot better than the Asus MeMO Pad 8's global score of 61.2. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite design is extremely newer than the Asus MeMO Pad 8's, but it is somewhat heavier and a little thicker. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has the newer 11 version while Asus MeMO Pad 8 has Android 4.4, providing you a lot of extra features and a performance increase.

Asus MeMO Pad 8 counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels amount per inch of screen and a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with a little bit better processing power than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a greater number of cores.

The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite shoots much clearer photos and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a way better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a camera with lot more MP. Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
