Sony Vaio Tap 11 is slightly better than Asus MeMO Pad 8, getting a 66 score against 61.2. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has Windows 8 operating system, while Asus MeMO Pad 8 comes with Android 4.4 operating system. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 design is extremely thicker and a lot heavier than the Asus MeMO Pad 8.

Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a little bit better performance than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and they are faster). The Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a little bit better screen than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher 1920 x 1200 resolution and a greater pixel count per inch in the display.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
