Xperia Tablet Z has a global score of 68.5, which is much better than the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10's overall score of 61.8. Even though Xperia Tablet Z and the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 were released with only 4 months difference, Xperia Tablet Z is notably thinner and somewhat lighter. These devices use Android operating system, but the Xperia Tablet Z has a newer 4.4.4 version while Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has Android 4.2 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and a performance increase.

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z and Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 have very similar screens, because although the Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a quite worse amount of pixels per screen inch, and they both have an equal resolution of 1200 x 1920, it also counts with a little bit larger screen.
