Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a global score of 71.3, which is much better than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10's overall score of 61.8. These tablets work with Android OS, but the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has the newer 4.4 version while Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has Android 4.2 version, so it offers lots of additional features and performance tweaks. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact body is newer, incredibly thinner and a lot lighter than the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10.

The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact features just a bit better performance than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, because it has a faster graphics processor, a greater number of cores and 1 GB more RAM. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact takes much clearer videos and photos than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has a back camera with lot more MP.
Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a much longer battery performance than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because it has a 6760mAh battery size.
Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact costs more money than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
