Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is much better than Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi's 58.5 global score. Despite being the best tablet in this review, Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a much heavier and much thicker tablet than the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi. Both of these tablets have Windows OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a newer 8.1 Pro version and Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi has Windows 8.1 version, counting with some extra features.
Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi features a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit lower 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage.
Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi has just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a 64-bits processing unit. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a camera that's just as good as the camera in Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi, both of them have a same resolution back-facing camera.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3's battery lifetime is very similar to the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi one.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi, giving up a couple specifications.
