The Microsoft Surface 2 has a global score of 63.4, which is slightly better than Asus Transformer Book T90 Chi's overall score of 58. These devices include Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface 2 has the newer RT 8.1 version and Asus Transformer Book T90 Chi has Windows 8.1, so it gives you some extra features and better performance. The Microsoft Surface 2 is a somewhat thicker and notably heavier tablet than Asus Transformer Book T90 Chi.
