Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a bit better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, having a 60.7 score against 57.6. Although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is older and somewhat thicker than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, it's construction is still incredibly lighter. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has older 4.1 version and Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2.

The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster) and 1 GB more RAM. The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has a better display than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a much greater pixel density, a lot bigger display and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) takes just a bit better videos and photos than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, although it has a way lower 1280x720 video quality and a back camera with lot less mega pixels. The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has a better memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 128 GB.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a much longer battery life than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, resigning some specifications.
