The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, getting a 65.9 score against 57.6. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has 4.2 version and Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2.
