Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a general score of 70, which is way better than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's 57.6 overall score. Although the Galaxy Tab Active 2 is thicker than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, it's way lighter and also notably newer. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2.
The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T features a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a bigger display, a way higher screen density and a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2's processing unit is very similar to the CPU in Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, although the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a larger number of cores and more RAM.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a very superior camera than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a much more MP camera in the back. The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a much longer battery performance than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab Active 2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, letting go a couple features and specifications.
