Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Active has a general score of 67, which is better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's score of 57.6. These tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Active has the older 4.4 version while Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy Tab Active is a newer and notably lighter device than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, but it is also a little thicker.
The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a larger screen, a much better pixels number per inch of display and a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also counts with 512 MB more RAM memory.
The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T features much more memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 128 GB and more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab Active counts with a much longer battery performance than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.
The Galaxy Tab Active counts with just a bit better camera than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, although it has a much lower 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a camera with much less MP.
Although Galaxy Tab Active is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
