Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is way better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, getting a 74.3 score against 57.6. Both of these tablets include the same Android 4.4.2 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a newer portable tablet, and it's also a lot lighter and notably thinner than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also counts with a bit greater pixels amount in each inch of display.
